I have a feeling that this steeple painting won’t be hard to find either. There aren’t many steeples on churches near Buckingham. Just to say, it’s a village church, and a beautiful building at that. It’s hard to convey the height in a square picture.
I think I should have spent more time on the steeple painting, although quite what I would have done eludes me. I just wish I’d had more time to paint it. Having said that, I think it has a charm in its simplicity.
