Liven Up Your Office with Unique Works of Art

Orignal Art Creates an Impression
Art Engages People Like Nothing Else
Art:
- Makes a Statement
- Sparks dialogue: it’s subjective so opinions vary
- Inspires creativity
- Depicts real places with energy and dynamism
- Creates a focal point
Each piece is unique and creates a statement that represents your company.
This piece, created for Bahlsen, reflects the business as part of its local community. Images are superimposed on a map of the area and fused with scenes of the nearby town, including the office block used by the company.
Celebrate an Event or Achievement
Royal Latin “Building on 600 Years” was created as part of the celebrations for the 6th Centenary celebration of The Royal Latin School in Buckingham. It shows the history of the school in the evolution of the buildings from left to right, from the oldest to the new Discovery Centre.
Your Office Art
There are three ways to get a piece of unique art by Cathy Read in your workplace:
- Renting
- Buying
- Commissioning
Renting a Painting
Rental is your best option if:
- You want to try different pieces.
- You’re on a budget.
- You’re still refining your brand.
- You have a small office and can’t quite decide.
- You want to spread the cost of your painting.
How It Works
- Choose your painting.
- Pictures can be rented on a month by month basis at 10% of the full price of the artwork for a period of 12 months.
- If you decide you want to buy the work outright within the first 3 months, all you need to do is pay the remaining balance.
- After 12 monthly payments, the painting is yours.
- Paintings can be changed at any time during the 12 month rental period for paintings of a similar size and cost at no extra charge, provided the work is not damaged.
- Larger and smaller paintings may necessitate a payment adjustment which will be discussed with you before any increase in payments is required.
Buying a Painting
When looking for art to display in your office, buying is the best option when you want a piece immediately. There are three ways to do this.
1. Select your artwork from the shop and it will be sent directly to you.
2. Visit Cathy in her studio to view pieces and get personalised recommendations. Email [email protected] to arrange your visit.
3. View Cathy’s work at an exhibition or event and buy the work either directly or through the gallery/agency. Visit the Events & Exhibitions page for details of upcoming events or sign up for Cathy’s newsletter to get notifications.
Commissioning a Painting
The beauty of commissioning a new picture is that the art is tailored to reflect your unique workplace, ensuring you get exactly what you need.
Cathy loves working with clients to develop ideas and seeing those ideas evolve into a work of art that enhances their working environment.
Whatever your workspace, Cathy will discuss your needs, working to an agreed budget and time frame whenever possible. All the details must be agreed before a commission is commenced to ensure both parties’ expectations are met.
When commissioning a painting, it is important to understand that the final work will be the artist’s interpretation and may vary from your initial expectations. The way Cathy’s work evolves means even she never knows exactly how the finished piece will turn out. It is always a delightful surprise!
