Buckingham lights
The next image for the 4950 Challenge is a Lamp Post painting. The light in question is by Buckingham Parish Church. There are lots of lamp posts in this style but this one caught my eye. It’s under the canopy of an ancient Beech Tree, the twisted branches dark against the winter sky. The light was unlit at the time I took the photograph. Make the whole image darker. We expect lights to give off light.
The colours of the inks have bled out beautifully in this piece, as you can see below.
